During the wedding planning, my bride-to-be was completely against spending any money on a videographer and instead wanted to give even more money to at traditional wedding photographer because “Photos capture the moment forever.”  After just one viewing of our wedding video, our shared tears of happiness let me know I had made the right choice. Once she saw the professional looking and well thought out video, complete with subtitles, chapters, music, voice-overs and a montage(!), she can’t believe she almost talked me out of hiring Bill. We now watch it every year on our anniversary and we are once again drawn into the celebration of our marriage. New sage wedding advice: you can skimp on the photographer, but not on the videographer!

I worked with Bill for my mother’s 90th birthday event that included his marvelous biopic film with 100 plus family photos, almost 75 career photos and music. Bill was great to work with. One of the most impressive aspects was that he found film and still photos from the 1920-1940s that we had not been able to find. Arranging this for my mother’s 90th birthday bash was a huge hit with my mom and with the 54 attendees at the party. If possible, I recommend including live footage of elders as Bill was able to do with my mother. We are giving the show on disks to the entire family for a holiday gift so it offers permanent oral history.
